Marble bar
Situated on the ground floor on the corner of Edward and Margaret Streets, Marble Bar has the capacity to hold up to 400 guests in a private function cocktail style setting.
Marble Bar also provides sectioned off private areas including:
Moet Room – can hold between 40 - 60 pax in a cocktail style setting
Marble Bar Courtyard – can cater for between 50 - 150 guests in a cocktail style
the Liber Lounge
Situated upstairs on Level 1, the Liber Lounge has the capacity to hold up to 400 guests in a private function cocktail style setting.
- Liber Lounge also provides private sectioned off areas including:
- Margaret St Verandah
- Liber Corner Lounge
- Liber Back Bar Lounge - with its own private bar
All of which have the capacity to hold from 30 pax up to 150 guests in a cocktail style setting.
The Liber Lounge offers dance floor and stage facilities, with exceptional views from the verandahs, overlooking the Central Business District. Liber also has its own projector screen and dedicated sound system for presentation style events. Liber can cater to a range of function styles, whether it be an intimate theatre style presentation, a product or company launch or a private corporate or social club event.
Fix Restaurant

Fix Restaurant offers several options for private functions. For the exclusive use of the restaurant, sit down style can hold up to 200 guests and up to 400 guests in a stand up cocktail style setting.
For a more intimate setting, the Fix Function room offers a private setting for a maximum of 60 guests.
Function guests can enjoy pre-lunch/dinner drinks in Fix Wine Bar prior to their lunch or dinner function booking.
WINE ROOM
The Fix Wine Room is an exclusive private dining area catering for private lunches, dinners, business meetings, wine tastings and special events. All function menus are available for either a sit down lunch or dinner or stand up cocktail style events.
A minimum of 6 guests are required for a sit down style function, with a maximum capacity of 12 guests. A minimum of 10 guests are required for a stand up cocktail style function with a maximum capacity of 20 guests. Minimum spend requirement for the room is $750.00 inclusive of both food and beverage.
Dine among a diverse selection of over 200 premium and vintage wines, a room to suit all occasions, a sanctuary from the hustle & bustle of city dining. The room is also equipped with a DVD plasma screen and dedicated sound system.
Fix COURTYARD
An intimate outdoor function area, Fix Courtyard is ideal for groups of 15 up to 30 guests maximum.
Entirely undercover and positioned off to the side of Fix Wine Bar, the Courtyard offers a function area with a difference.
Perfect for small gatherings, the Courtyard is a popular area for those guests who wish to have an exclusive and intimate function. It can be entirely sectioned off with direct bar access or doors can be closed for a more intimate gathering.

WINE ROOM
The Fix Wine Room is an exclusive private dining area catering for private lunches, dinners, business meetings, wine tastings and special events. All function menus are available for either a sit down lunch or dinner or stand up cocktail style event.
The Wine Room can cater for a maximum of 12 guests in a sit down setting, with exclusive service from your very own waiter. Whether it be for a business meeting or special event this unique room is perfect for a private intimate dining experience.
A la carte, Set Menus, Degustation, Wine Tasting and Breakfast Menus are all available. The Wine Room can also be used for intimate private stand up cocktail style events.
Fix Restaurant Private Dining
Fix Restaurant is one of the very few restaurants in Brisbane city which offers such a variety of options for private dining. Fix is extremely flexible and versatile in regards to catering options - whether it be for business meetings, corporate functions or special events.
Fix Function Room in its entirety can cater for a maximum of 60 guests. Floor to ceiling bi-fold glass and wooden doors create an exclusive private dining area where guests can enjoy an intimate dining experience in the privacy of their own room.
Fix Restaurant exclusive
Fix Restaurant offers exclusive private dining for parties of 55 to approximately 130 guests. Floor to ceiling bi-fold glass & wooden doors create an exclusive private dining restaurant with the ability to host larger dining functions, weddings and cocktail parties. Fix Restaurant features a private bar so that guests may enjoy their evening without venturing outside of the dining area, allowing other patrons to utilise the Fix Wine Bar for after work drinks or smaller function arrangements.

For exclusive functions and weddings, Fix Restaurant and Wine Bar offers private dining facilities for 55 – 200 guests. Book the entire restaurant & bar for access to two fully functioning bars, break-out cocktail style areas for pre-dinner drinks & canapés and access to the entire Restaurant for dining. Private bathrooms are also available to all guests dining in the Fix Restaurant & Wine Bar for an exclusive function. Guests may have access to the Wine Room if required for an additional private area, suitable for Weddings as a Bridal Retreat and functions as an after dinner relaxation space.
