The Port Office Hotel caters for a vast array of functions and events, varying in size, style and requirements.

Different styles that can be catered for include, corporate boardroom meetings, themed events, wedding receptions, birthdays, social club staff parties, Corporate client events, theatre style presentations, product launches, Christmas functions and much more.

Facilities available to function clients include the following:
Large projector screen, Projector, Staging, Presentation tables, Microphone, DVD players and much more.

Function styles include stand up cocktail style and sit down set menu or banquet lunches and dinners. An extensive food and beverage package selection is available to suit all budgets. The Port Office Hotel is extremely adaptable when it comes to menu selections, and the Function Managers and Executive Chef are more than happy to tailor packages to suit clients individual specific needs.
