Port Office Hotel Wedding Packages

Catering for cocktail parties and seated receptions for as few as forty guests through to wedding celebrations for a maximum capacity of four hundred and fifty guests, the Port Office Hotel offers versatility and flexibility guaranteed to make your special day truly a unique occasion. 

Choose from one of the Port Office Hotel's three exclusively designed and unique packages, available for stand-up cocktail and seated a la carte style wedding packages. Alternatively you may design your own reception package at the Port Office Hotel with the assistance of our professional wedding coordinators.

The Port Office Hotel wedding packages will always include half an hour of pre-dinner canapes, followed by your selection of a set alternate drop menu or cocktail style menu.

Your Wedding Reception Traditional Inclusions are:

    - Lunch Receptions available for booking from 11:00AM - 4:00PM (flexible)
    - Dinner Receptions available from 5:00PM - 11:00PM (flexible)
    - Sunday receptions available for lunch and dinner upon request
  • Accompanying four hour beverage package of red and white wine, sparkling, draught beer and softdrink
  • Skirted and swagged bridal table including your choice of table enhancements and decorations
  • Full table setting including three to five courses for seated receptions
  • Decorative cake table with skirting and swagging
  • Bridal party exclusive access to the Port Office Hotels Wine Room for pre drinks and canapes, private powder room and Bridal Party entrance feature
  • Microphone for speeches
